Working Forests, Managing Communities Promo
This documentary played an important role at a conference co-sponsored by Governor Brian Schweitzer and the Governor's Institute on Community Design. The conference titled, 'Working Forests Managing Communities', brought together industries, community planners, individuals and state government representatives interested in creating a sustainable future for our working forests, communities, and open spaces. This film kicked off the meeting on June 18th, and helped to engage and inspire participants to think about how they can contribute to the critical issues regarding forest, economic, and social sustainability in Montana. Except for a few shots provided by the Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks Office, the footage in this documentary is from Sprout Films' stock footage collection. The interviews were shot for this project by Sprout Films, and we shot and edited it all in just a few weeks!
